We work as your contractor under your Dance Schools and Performance Instructors Licence with the Audio Recording/Digital Package. Documented every job.
Source audio supplied
We purchase and supply all songs of your choice from legitimate channels — Apple Music, iTunes Store, Bandcamp. No extra charge, built into our prices.
Three revisions per song
Refine the cut until it's right. Revisions are submitted as a single consolidated brief per round, within fourteen days of delivery.
Tax invoice every payment
GST-registered. Every charge generates a compliant tax invoice with our ABN, the GST amount, and a description of the service.
Credit accrual up to 12 months
Subscription credits roll forward for up to twelve months on a rolling basis. No use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
Re-edit your rough cuts
Already started a draft yourself? Send it across and we'll rebuild it properly with legitimate high-quality source audio.
How credits work
Subscription tiers issue monthly credits that you spend against editing jobs. Credits roll forward, so quieter months bank credits for busy ones.
- One credit equals one source song. A standard, custom, or re-edit of a single track costs 1 credit; a mashup of three tracks costs 3 credits.
- Credits are issued at the start of each billing month — on the same calendar day each month.
- Unused credits roll forward for twelve months from the date of issue. Each month's credits expire twelve months later.
- When you place a job, the oldest credits are used first.
- Studio Starter caps your unused balance at 60 credits; Studio Pro caps it at 144.
- Run out mid-month? Buy at casual rates without upgrading, or upgrade your tier and the price difference is pro-rated.

All payment options include direct debit authority at signup. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Is GST included in the price?
Yes. RKA Tech Solutions is GST-registered. Every price shown is GST-inclusive — the price you see is the price you pay. Every payment generates a compliant tax invoice.
How do credits work?
One credit equals one source song. A standard, custom, or re-edit of a single track costs 1 credit. A mashup or medley that blends multiple tracks costs 1 credit per source track — so a 3-track mashup is 3 credits. Studio Starter includes 5 credits per month, Studio Pro includes 12, and unused credits roll forward for twelve months.
Why do I need to give you my OneMusic licence number?
Australian copyright law requires that any reproduction, editing, or adaptation of commercial music recordings is done under a valid licence. Dance studios hold a OneMusic Dance Schools and Performance Instructors Licence, which authorises us to perform the editing on your behalf as your contractor. We verify your licence at signup and document every job — for your protection and ours.
Why are mashups not included on Studio Starter?
Mashups take more time and use multiple source songs, so they're priced per source track. Studio Starter is built for studios doing one concert a year with mostly single-track edits. If you regularly need mashups, Studio Pro includes them — or you can buy a mashup at casual rates anytime at $20 per source song.
When do I pay?
Casual customers pay up-front via Stripe Checkout before we start work. Subscribers spend credits when they place a brief. There's no hidden second invoice — what you pay is what you pay.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Monthly subscribers: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current month, and any unused credits remain valid until they expire under the rolling twelve-month rule. We don't take credits away.
What's the Concert deferred option, and why does it cost more? (coming soon)
Concert deferred is launching shortly. When it goes live, it'll let you pay nothing at signup and one lump sum fourteen days after your concert. Because we carry the cashflow risk for up to ten months, this option will be priced a little higher to reflect the deferral, and will be available after you've completed one paid month, or if you provide a one-month deposit at signup.
